The Emir of Keffi, Alhaji Mohammdu Chindo Yamusa is Dead. His brother, Alhaji Abubakar Gada Mohammed, Dan Galadima Keffi, in a statement, described the demise of his brother as shocking. The monarch, according to the statement, passed on about 3a.m on Friday after a brief illness.
He reportedly went to bed last night and couldn't wake up. He ascended the prestigious throne in 1978. Funeral rites would take place after Juma'at prayer in Keffi today according to Islamic teachings.
